A BOOKS WORST ENEMY

As I arrived home I came upon a very happy lab mix. He was so proud of his work. However, I didn't feel the same. Once he looked at my frown and heavy sigh he began to go into guilty dog mode. He whimpered and fled to a corner.

Of course it wasn't his fault. I coxed him away from his self-proclaimed time out spot and gave him a light pat on the head.

It was my fault for leaving the book in his reach.

"Impossible to Easy" didn't stand a chance against my lab's large canines.

Dogs are a Book's Worst Nightmare!

Luckily, Grayson (the dog) didn't get too deep into the book. He only managed to remove front and back covers. The spine is still intact and so are the recipes. We continue onward!

The next few recipes will be; Asparagus "Benedict" with Hollandaise; Pommes Frites with Chipotle Aiolo; and Braised Drumstick with Potato Gnocchi and White Onion Sauce.
